Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Analytics Consultant. As a key member of our consulting group, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and provide expert guidance on digital analytics and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' websites and mobile applications, including their online business models and marketing strategies.
* Support clients in discovering new business opportunities and help guide them in developing key performance indicators.
* Guide clients through the process of implementing targeted advertising activities.
* Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies to meet clients' specific needs.
* Develop and implement customized digital analytics collection code and assist with its deployment.
* Work closely with clients' developers and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation.
* Validate and debug Target and Analytics implementations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Lightly manipulate JavaScript code as needed to customize digital analytics solutions.
* Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business drivers and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
* Engage directly with clients via phone, email, or in-person throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* 5 years of experience working in digital analytics or a related field.
* Previous experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tools, tag management systems, and data layers.
* Solid understanding of online marketing principles, HTML, and web protocols.
* Intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills.
* Results-driven, responsive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Up to 50% travel required.
