Exciting Opportunity: Supply Coordinator in Fremantle

Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate communication between Customer Service, transport, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Follow up on quotes and orders marked as "Awaiting Approval."
* Process orders and shipments, including managing non-available items, ETA dates, and invoicing.
* Provide timely updates on delivery status, charges, and availability to Customer Service.
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery schedules.
* Maintain accurate control reports and documentation to ensure compliance.
* Assist other departments as needed on stock and purchase orders.
* Be prepared for out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion.
Who you are:
* Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written).
* A solid understanding of the Logistics Industry and the experience in its regulations and Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a focus on problem-solving.
* Able to work under pressure and make sound, quick decisions.
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
* Detail-oriented and systematic, with a strong focus on Health and Safety.
* Must have a valid permit to work in Australia.
