Job Description
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team of 3 across multiple locations globally.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
Experience in the business services/manufacturing industry is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
