Job Description:Our Enterprise Apps & SaaS Group works on the latest and emerging Enterprise Applications such as Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS Payroll to enable Business transformations for our clients. We are looking for candidates who are well versed in Enterprise Application skills and can demonstrate a higher knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud to solve real world problems and maximise the value of this product for our clients.The HCM Consultant is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. He/she is an excellent collaborator, who is part of a niche team responsible for leading the successful quality delivery of HCM Projects across ANZ for national and global clients.The Oracle HCM consultant is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the delivery implementation services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills whilst enriching the product and experience for our customers.Australian permanent residency or citizenship is mandatory.Key Skills RequiredTo be successful in this position you will possess many of the following attributes:Minimum 8 years of Oracle HCM implementations/continuous improvement/Redwood enablement experience.Demonstrate understanding of HR best business process practice with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) for C-Level through to SME specialistsProficient and experienced in the full project life cycle of Oracle implementations including a deep understanding of the importance of deliverables, stage gates and client engagement.Functional aptitude demonstrated by an ability to learn and communicate new concepts easily.Excellent requirement gathering skills and ability to translate these into functional specifications while leading and challenging customers to adopt vs adaptFlexibility and ability to collaborate and work as integral member of a high performing team across APAC.Collaboration with a 1 team approach setting the Client up for success.DXC Culture & BenefitsDXC Technology is dedicated to ‘putting its people first’.
