Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and administrative functions.
The Role
* Maintain and update project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
* Track project progress, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
* Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with project teams to gather and implement schedule and cost changes.
* Prepare detailed reports for internal management and external clients.
* Assist with project invoicing and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
* Coordinate meetings, manage incoming calls, and arrange travel for the Operations team and Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple tasks and projects with high organization.
* Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with project teams and clients.
* Experience with project management software and proficiency in job management tools.
* Ensure accuracy and efficiency in project reporting.
