Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, QLD, with some flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Broker, you will support clients in achieving their financial and investment objectives by assisting in developing and implementing tailored loan structures. You will analyse financial data, liaise with clients to understand their needs, and provide expert lending and credit recommendations. The role involves building relationships with clients, financial institutions, and market specialists, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical practices.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of financial services, credit policies, and lending products
* Proven skills in financial analysis, loan structuring, and risk assessment
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in using financial software tools and maintaining accurate client records
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
* Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance
* Prior experience in financial services or broking and membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g., MFAA) is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
