We're Taylors Treelopping a 25-year, people-first arboriculture company servicing FNQ, Cape York, and the Torres Strait. We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled Climbing/EWP Arborist who wants to step into a semi-management pathway while still staying hands-on in the field.

The Role
Position: Climbing / EWP Arborist (Leadership Pathway)
Location: Atherton, QLD
Travel: Local FNQ + occasional 10-day remote swings
Start: January 2026
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Be Doing
* Climbing, rigging, pruning, removals & EWP operations
* Leading onsite crews, especially during remote swings
* Assisting with planning, logistics, & job scoping
* Supporting quoting and client communication
* Ensuring safe, high-quality arboricultural work
* Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture

Who We're Looking For
You're a skilled, safety-driven arborist with proven experience who is now looking for your next chapter — more responsibility, more purpose, and more opportunity.
Required
* Cert III in Arboriculture (climbing and/or EWP)
* MR Truck License
* White/Blue Card
* Strong safety mindset
* Experience with trucks, chippers, stump grinders, excavators & skid steers
* Ability to lead small teams
* Willingness to work away on scheduled trips
* Genuine interest in career progression
