It's a role for someone who leads from the front and is comfortable pitching in, staying on top of things, and confidently directing others.
Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the customer service team on the floor Open and close the store, including daily banking and till balancing Train and support staff to deliver top-tier service Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and clearly priced Manage stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes Keep the team engaged, active, and aligned with daily goals Delegate tasks effectively and follow through on directives What We're Looking For A natural leader who's present, proactive, and confident in giving direction Strong communication and people skills Background in retail, hardware, or landscaping supplies (advantageous) Comfortable in a busy, physical, outdoor environment A team player who values camaraderie and hard work Why Join Steve Jones?
