As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial and industrial teams on the Central Coast and are seeking talented professionals from Executive Agent through to Associate Director level who are ready to build or accelerate their careers within a high-performance, growth-focused environment.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the region's strongest commercial and industrial teams, with roles available to suit varying levels of experience. Depending on your background, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial or industrial assets, secure new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the Central Coast.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the sale and leasing transactions of a portfolio of commercial or industrial assets
* Proactively source and secure new business through prospecting and relationship building
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and local businesses
* Conduct property inspections and prepare tailored campaign strategiesLead and manage negotiation processes to achieve optimal client outcomes
* Provide market insights, valuation input, and reporting to clients and stakeholders
* Work closely with internal marketing, research, and administration teams
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial or industrial property sales and/or leasing
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
* Strong understanding of the local market, or a genuine interest in commercial/industrial property
* High level of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Senior candidates will also demonstrate leadership capability, strong fee generation history, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
