The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills.

* Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
* Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
* Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss
* Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
* Work with and communicate effectively within a team
* Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms desirable
* RLMV & Approved Managers License
