Princess Polly is looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-focused Resourcing Product Developer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Sustainability Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in resourcing apparel and accessories styles, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality, speed to market, and alignment with our sourcing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and driving outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
High-volume resourcing of apparel and accessories styles across multiple categoriesManaging supplier relationships and identifying the best partners based on strengths and capabilitiesMaintaining quality, fit, and design integrity of resourced stylesEnsuring adherence to lead times and critical path requirementsManaging production trackers and ensuring timely resolutions (14–28 days)Supporting priority resourcing assignments across the businessContributing to our sustainability initiatives by increasing styles made with Lower Impact materialsWorking collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to achieve win–win outcomes
What you'll bring
2+ years’ experience in product development, sourcing, or procurement within fashionStrong knowledge of garment construction and product development processesEstablished relationships with factories and supply basesUnderstanding of procurement principles including supplier selection and negotiationHighly organised with strong attention to detailA proactive problem solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication skills with a collaborative mindsetEthical and values-driven in your approach to sourcing and supplier partnerships
