Key Opportunity
This role will serve as the cornerstone of that capability, setting the vision, building the infrastructure, and establishing collaborations that will drive translational research forward.
Main Responsibilities:
Capability Development and Leadership:
Establish and lead a hub within the Development Platform, designing an operating model that can scale with demand.
Project Leadership and Delivery:
Lead or oversee high-impact studies that directly inform drug discovery and translational decision-making.
Scientific Advisory and Mentorship:
Serve as a resource for structural and biophysical guidance across research programs.
About You:
You should have a PhD in structural biology, molecular biophysics, protein biochemistry, or a related discipline.
You must have a demonstrated track record of leading projects with translational or therapeutic relevance.
