Associate Performance Media Director

The purpose of the Associate Performance Media Director is to define industry‑leading Performance Media strategies for our clients across Razorfish. This role exists to deliver senior support and a strategic approach to our client accounts, working with the Performance Media team across Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social and Mobile channels to drive accurate and timely reports, optimisation implementation and business outcomes for our customers. It also influences, coaches and inspires the team to deliver brilliant work to customers.


Responsibilities

* Own the mid to senior customer relationship to ensure we are aligned with the customer and delivering on their business needs.
* Oversee the build of new and existing Search, Programmatic, Social campaign accounts ensuring a high level of detail is observed and we are aligned to the customer brief.
* Spearhead and assist Account Managers, Executives and/or Coordinators to ensure account deliverables—reporting, optimisation tactics, copywriting, quality‑checks and best practice—adhere to the strategy set.
* Add a strategic layer to our baseline delivery in line with the customer business objectives, going above and beyond their experience of Razorfish.
* Review and add to insights for monthly and quarterly reviews, laddering up to the 'so‑what?'
* Identify areas for account improvement and feed‑back to senior heads.
* Facilitate meetings and workshops and spearhead presentations to the customer.
* Discuss and resolve issues.
* Work with the team by giving clear briefs, direction and feedback.
* Work closely with other directors to ensure fair distribution of workload for the team.
* Provide continual coaching, influence and guidance to the team.
* Oversee annual reviews, development plans and key focus areas for direct reports.
* Help create an environment where all team members are encouraged to both enjoy themselves at work and contribute to the success of the business as a whole.
* Oversee campaigns and projects ensuring they deliver above standard for the customer.
* Assess the customer's marketing and business strategies.
* Attend meetings with other customers' agencies and work in collaboration to meet joint objectives.
* Complete accurate input into the monthly and annual forecasting.
* Ensure the team delivers projects to timeline and budget with accuracy.
* Identify and cross‑sell Performance Media product inside your customer suite.
* Share new contacts and opportunities with the Executive Leadership team.
* Consider business‑building ideas to aid in meeting the financial target.
* Seek and implement opportunities to grow both the clients and Razorfish's business.
* Contribute to specific pitches as requested and deliver to answer the brief.


Qualifications

* Established working experience in a fast‑paced agency environment, working with enterprise‑level clients.
* Comprehension and working knowledge of either SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic campaign build and/or management, strategy writing and successful implementation.
* Advanced knowledge of modern Search and platform knowledge across GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
* Customer‑focused and diligent to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers, exploring out‑of‑the‑box opportunities.
* Passion for delivering top‑notch performance marketing strategy.
* Strong team innovator that is inspiring, collaborative and easily gains credence and support of peers.
* Strong strategic aptitude that assesses beyond the day‑to‑day campaign management.
* Confident and engaging communication style when dealing with customers and third‑parties.
* Timeline‑driven and able to manage the wider team to ensure key deliverables are hit.
