THE ROLE
This is a senior, high‐impact leadership role overseeing a multi‐site boutique network of up to 15 stores across Australia, with ANZ scope aligned to future growth and regional collaboration. The Retail Manager ANZ is responsible for driving consistent performance, developing strong retail leadership capability and ensuring operational excellence across the network. The role blends strategic oversight with a visible, on‐the‐ground leadership approach and requires regular interstate travel.
Day‐to‐Day
* Lead, coach and develop a national retail leadership team across multiple regions
* Drive sales performance, profitability and productivity across the boutique network
* Build strong leadership capability through training, coaching and succession planning
* Support new store openings and network growth initiatives
* Ensure consistent execution of service, operational and visual standards
* Oversee wages, inventory and store expenditure in line with agreed budgets
* Partner closely with head office teams across people, finance and operations
* Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews and leadership check‐ins
* Champion culture, engagement and values across the retail network
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven senior retail leadership experience in a multi‐site environment
* Background within premium or designer retail strongly preferred
* Demonstrated strength in coaching, training and developing leadership teams
* Experience supporting retail growth and new store openings
* Strong commercial acumen with confidence interpreting retail metrics
* Ability to manage diverse personalities and performance levels
* Hands‐on, adaptable leadership style with willingness to travel
* Full Australian driver's licence

SALARY
$140,000 + Super, plus car and travel allowance, phone, clothing allowance and staff discounts (final package dependent on experience).
