Responsibilities
* Preparing project execution concept in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
* Planning projects in association of tools, equipment and teams of technicians for entire area of responsibility
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
* Review of project budgets
* Identification of any potential project related issues and their active prevention
* Coordination of internal resources and subcontractors teams for execution of project
* Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Cooperation in arranging toolbox meetings, coordination meetings, progress meetings and other activities on site
* Arranging approvals and signatures on costs and time reliefs agreed on site
* Participation in weekly meetings with financial and project department
* Supervision of budget execution and proactive cost reduction
* Purchasing of necessary equipment/tools when necessary
* Ongoing problem-solving in important issues arising on site
* Proactive supervision of meeting deadlines, HSE requirements, quality of works performed and fulfilling client demands
* Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
* Monitor cash flow prognostics and report actual cash flow
* Manage all project funds according established accounting policies and procedures
* Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
* Analyses, reporting and initiative regarding efficiency of future projects
About You
* Experience as a team leader of technicians and or construction workers
* Practical experience with planning and management of construction or installation projects, this includes budgeting and scheduling
* Good practical knowledge of HSE and quality standards
* Experience in the renewables or resources industry would be looked upon favourably but is not essential
* Ability to work within a team, build relationships, with exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to travel
