Job Summary
The position involves leading and managing a critical project focused on modernising service delivery through digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires overseeing data migration tasks, ensuring activities align with industry best practices and established guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs and are completed on time.
2. Manage project budgets and plans effectively.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project management products.
4. Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and team members.
5. Produce accurate reports on project status throughout its lifecycle.
6. Oversee governance processes, including assurance and risk management.
7. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while managing contracts according to organisational standards.
8. Ensure strategic alignment with related programs and projects of work.
9. Lead a team replacing a business-critical case management system.
Requirements:
A strong background in public sector project management is preferred. Certification in PRINCE2 is also advantageous.
