Home Care Support Worker
The Inglewood and Districts Health Service aims to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.
This role involves assisting clients with everyday tasks and lifestyle needs, as well as building meaningful relationships and encouraging active participation in care.
To be successful in this position, you will require a Certificate III in Home and Community Services, Aged Care or Disability, along with a current First Aid Certificate and Victorian Driver's Licence. Additionally, a current National Police Check is also necessary.
