Welink Construction is a rapidly growing property development and construction company based in Perth. We specialise in delivering high-quality residential and multi-unit developments, including houses, townhouses, and apartment projects.
As our project pipeline continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled, proactive Project Coordinator to support our team throughout all stages of project delivery.
About the Role
This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our development and construction projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities across design and development, approvals, and construction phases.
Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, contracts, variations, and reports.
Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, procurement processes, and invoice management.
Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
Identify and track project risks, compliance items, quality standards, and site requirements.
Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and progress updates.
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and communication.
About You
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
Proven experience coordinating residential building projects (houses, townhouses, or apartments).
Strong understanding of project lifecycles, drawings, construction contracts and building processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management systems/software.
