About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Installing, splicing, aligning, and maintaining conveyor belt systems
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues both on-site and in the workshop
Carrying out scheduled and preventative maintenance tasks
Working safely and following all industry and company procedures
Supporting a team focused on quality workmanship and safe outcomes
Who We're Looking For
Strong work ethic, safety-first attitude, and mechanical aptitude
Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is highly regarded
A willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow into a long-term career
Required & Advantageous Qualifications
Manual driver's licence (HR highly regarded)
High Risk Work Licences such as Forklift, Basic Rigging, and EWP (advantageous)
Working at Heights and Confined Space certification (advantageous)
