About The Role
You're a hands‐on retail marketing professional who thrives in a fast‐paced, multi‐store environment. You have a strong understanding of in‐store marketing and visual merchandising, with the ability to turn brand strategy into engaging retail execution. Highly organised and collaborative, you're comfortable working with store teams, territory managers, and cross‐functional stakeholders to deliver consistent results.
You're commercially minded, detail oriented, and confident managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities. With a passion for customer experience, you use data and insights to continually optimise performance and drive foot traffic, sales, and brand impact.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver retail marketing strategies that support sales targets, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
* Own the retail marketing calendar aligned with trading and promotional plans.
* Lead visual merchandising deployment, structure, and execution to ensure consistent brand presentation in‐store.
* Partner with territory and store teams to deliver high quality in‐store execution across all locations.
* Manage the development and rollout of POS, signage, window displays, and promotional assets.
* Support new store builds, refits, and openings, ensuring marketing and VM standards are delivered on time.
* Collaborate with digital, social, and CRM teams to connect in‐store and online campaigns.
* Track performance of retail marketing and VM initiatives, optimising based on insights and results.
About You
You live and breathe marketing and have experience in visual merchandising and store builds.
* 5 years in a senior marketing role.
* Have a strong understanding of retail marketing and visual merchandising.
* Experience or a strong interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
* Demonstrated skills in project management and the ability to work across multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
* Have a strong attention to detail.
* Proven experience visual merchandising and new store rollouts.
* You thrive in a fast‐paced environment.

This is a full‐time role working remotely from Sydney. Travel to ACT will be required.
