About the Role
We are looking for a marketing specialist with extensive experience managing a portfolio of products/services to ensure growth across the full sales funnel. You'll need to demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing principles, ability to juggle multiple projects and ability to work well with different stakeholders (eg. designers, creative and media agencies, internal teams). Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate on creating and executing a comprehensive marketing calendar of activity aligned to business objectives
* Develop and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, integrating above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) strategies.
* Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators and external agencies, to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
* Ensure brand consistency across all materials and contribute to enhancing the overall market positioning.
About You
* A minimum of 7+ years' experience in marketing, either client or agency-side.
* Proven expertise in managing external relationships with agencies, designers, and copywriters.
* Strong proficiency in digital marketing, SEO best practices, and data analytics.
* Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
