Team Global Express is looking for a strategic leader to join us as Head of Revenue Governance. This senior role is critical to safeguarding and optimising our revenue leakage across the full logistics lifecycle. If you’re passionate about governance, data-driven strategy, and commercial impact, this is your opportunity to lead change at scale.
Please note this role can be in Sydney or Melbourne.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set and lead the revenue governance strategy aligned with business growth
- Oversee end-to-end revenue controls across booking, pricing, billing, and delivery
- Lead a small team of auditors and analysts
- Commission and review audits to detect and resolve revenue leakage
- Partner with Data & Analytics to translate insights into commercial strategy
- Influence pricing and policy decisions to maximise margin recovery
- Establish scalable governance frameworks and compliance workflows
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT
- Report to executive leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in revenue assurance, audit, or governance, with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Experience in revenue controls, audit frameworks, and risk management
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced analytical and presentation capabilities (Excel)
- Experience in logistics, transport systems (nice to have)
- Proven success in driving large-scale change and embedding governance frameworks
