What We Are Looking For
At least 3 years' experience managing a high-performance team in a quality establishment.
Knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
Ability to implement systems and procedures, set and achieve targets, and comply with RSA legislation.
Strong prioritisation and ability to work well under pressure.
Full Australian working rights.
Availability to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a large, top-performing team.
Maintain staff rosters in accordance with budgets.
Coach and develop staff through training.
Assist with the organisation of events and functions.
Conduct stock takes and order inventory for restaurant and wine list.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Oversee hosting and reservation management.
