Customer Relationship Specialist
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and a supportive team to identify and respond to customers' financial needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their current and future goals, then matching them with the right banking solutions. You will also manage loan maintenance requests, such as top-ups and pricing adjustments, to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for the customer.
