Trinity Anglican School (TAS) seeks a highly organised and proactive Academic Operations Administrative Assistant to join the TAS Secondary School team. This pivotal role provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the Head of Teaching and Learning, Secondary Operations Coordinator, Heads of Faculty, and Round Square Coordinator.
The Administration Assistant (Academic Operations) will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of academic programs, rostering, operational logistics, and Round Square initiatives across the school. This position is integral to maintaining efficient workflows, fostering clear communication, and supporting the delivery of both academic excellence and character education.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate staff logistics, relief coverage, and room bookings.
- Support timetabling changes and maintain accurate academic records across systems (TASS, Timetabler).
- Administer logistics for assessments, including supervision rosters and materials preparation.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support AARA processes.
- Assist with academic events such as parent‑teacher interviews and subject information evenings.
- Manage communication for pre‑service teacher placements and onboarding.
- Provide administrative support for curriculum documentation, assessment data, and benchmarking tools.
- Record minutes for key meetings and coordinate academic communications (bulletins, newsletters, notices).
- Support faculty events, excursions, and competitions.
- Maintain document archiving systems and TAS Time registration.
- Provide operational assistance to ensure smooth daily functioning of the school.
- Assist the Round Square Coordinator with planning, logistics, and communication for events, exchanges, and service‑learning activities.

What You Bring
- Experience in school administration, event coordination, or project management (educational setting desirable).
