As our Business Analyst, reporting to the Group General Manager Culture, you will provide business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of changes to business processes and systems, ensuring that business solutions achieve the outcomes defined by business requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in enabling transformation initiatives that align with The Star’s vision and strategic objectives. A few of your responsibilities: Elicit and analyse business requirements using interviews, workshops, and process documentation. Develop requirement specifications, functional specifications, and process models. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to ensure timely implementation of solutions. Assist in defining project vision and scope, managing change requests, and identifying risks. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and manage expectations. What we are looking for: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability to change and ability to work within strict deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business analysis tools.
