An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement / Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing organisation operating within the logistics, heavy machinery and agricultural supply sector.
This is a highly administrative, fast‐paced role requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail and advanced Excel capability. The successful candidate will act as the key coordination point between customers, suppliers, freight providers, warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth management of procurement, importation and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities across customers, suppliers, warehouses and logistics providers
* Manage customer orders, purchase orders, pricing schedules and customer quotations
* Maintain accurate procurement, sales and logistics records across ERP systems and Excel‐based reporting tools
* Coordinate local and international importation activities, including large freight consignments and shipping documentation
* Arrange freight clearances and liaise with freight forwarders and customs‐related stakeholders
* Support the procurement and purchasing of agricultural chemicals and related products
* Monitor inventory levels, order progress and delivery schedules to ensure continuity of supply
* Process sales and purchase transactions accurately and efficiently
* Respond to customer and supplier enquiries in a professional and solutions‐focused manner
* Assist with process improvements and support ongoing system enhancements
About You
* Previous experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain coordination or sales administration
* Experience within logistics, heavy machinery, import/export or agricultural environments
* Strong experience managing international and domestic freight movements
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working within ERP systems
* Excellent administration, organisation and record‐keeping capability
* Strong attention to detail across pricing, documentation and order processing
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, reliable and customer‐focused approach
Highly Regarded
* Experience working with agricultural chemicals or related products
* Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded due to regular communication with suppliers and stakeholders in China.
