About the Role
This full time position offers the chance to manage a quality portfolio with the backing of experienced colleagues, dedicated leasing support, and reliable administrative assistance. You’ll be working alongside knowledgeable property professionals who create a positive environment for skill-building, confidence growth, and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver skilled, responsive and friendly service to landlords and tenants
2. Coordinate property inspections including routine, entry, and final inspections
3. Liaise with contractors to organise maintenance, repairs, and improvements
4. Handle tenancy enquiries and assist in resolving issues efficiently
5. Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, variations, and terminations
6. Maintain accurate and compliant records within the property management system
7. Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
About You
We’re seeking someone who is motivated, organised, and genuinely interested in developing professionally within the property industry. You may already have experience in real estate or customer service, or you may be early in your career and eager to learn.
Previous experience in real estate or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Confident using technology and open to learning new software.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Knowledge of WA tenancy legislation (beneficial but training available)
