The opportunity is to join our sales team as an experienced Receptionist at our Head Office in Kingston, Logan City.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
* Answering phones promptly and courteously
* Daily preparation of mail for posting
* Maintaining the franking machine
* Filing
* General office administration as required

Requirements:

* Excellent phone manner
* Ability to follow direction
* Ability to work autonomously
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at one time
