Job Title: Senior Document Management Specialist


Job Description:


Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation and records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex documentation processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:



* Developing and maintaining effective document management processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

* Reviewing and verifying all documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic and original hard copy files and document registers.

* Processing and recording incoming and outgoing vendor data and engineering design drawings.

* Responsible for the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date internal document management system.

* Coordinating the flow of documents to and from all necessary parties.

* Ensuring that all documents and drawings are properly issued and tracked.

* Providing training and support to project teams on document management systems and procedures.



Experience & Skills Required:



* Significant experience in a related technical field or document control/document management position.

* Proficiency in document management software, including InEight, Aconex, and Documentum.

* Proven history of contributing to a team effort in project environments.

* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage own workload.

* Tenacious and hardworking attitude.
