Customer Service Representative CastletownAs the public face of CommBank, the Retail Banking Services (RBS) team delivers a seamless banking experience to customers.
This is an entry-level role at our Castletown Branch with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and helping customers with their banking needs.ResponsibilitiesResponding to customers' transactional banking needs, delivering a seamless customer experienceProcessing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers and CommFXCompleting financial health checks to assess customers' needs and identify changes or requests for specific products or servicesAssisting with cash and ATM proceduresEducating and demonstrating our in-branch technology and digital banking options for customersAdhering to the Bank's processes and procedures, accurately reconciling transactions, reviewing customers' financial positions, and championing a strong risk cultureRequirements / QualificationsA genuine passion for customer service and an interest in kick-starting a career in banking in this entry-level roleA genuine interest in improving the financial wellbeing and lives of customersThe ability to ask the right questions, respond to customers' needs, and refer them to the relevant team members to better serve their needsExcellent communication skills and willingness to contribute to a cooperative cultureAbility to work in a busy, commercial retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutionsAdditional detailsTypical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM12-month paternity leave contractWith us, you'll help customers make the right financial decisions and achieve their dreams.We encourage Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
