About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Positive Behaviour Support Team, you will deliver high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
* Implement and follow protocols for restrictive practices and safety plans.
* Create evidence-based behaviour support plans with stakeholder consultation and data analysis.
* Conduct assessments to identify behavioural challenges and causes.
Requirements:
* Proficient or Core NDIS Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services preferred.
* Experience in assessment, service delivery, and report writing within deadlines.
