The Role
Join us as an Assistant Strata Manager (internally referred to as ACM) and play a key role in the day‑to‑day management of strata properties. Your focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the seamless operation of our management processes.
You will assist a Strata Manager (internally referred to as CM) in overseeing a portfolio of strata properties/body corporates, with responsibilities including:
* Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls
* Drafting correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
* Ensuring adherence to meeting timelines
* Managing diaries and schedules
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships
About You
Ideally, you will bring previous strata or property management experience. However, if you have a strong interest in the industry and exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills, we encourage you to apply. Full training and support will be provided by our experienced team.
You will thrive in this role if you are a solution‑finder, confident communicator, and effective researcher who remains calm under pressure. You'll enjoy working with policies and procedures and excel in customer service, problem‑solving, administration, negotiation, and technology.
