We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm and genuine hospitality throughout their stay. You will deliver a seamless experience, manage guest requests, and collaborate with various departments to exceed expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
 * Manage guest requests efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
 * Collaborate with other teams to provide a cohesive and personalized experience for our guests.
 * Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
Requirements:
 * Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and committed to making a meaningful impact within our team.
 * Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues and external partners.
 * Familiarity with computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being an advantage.
 * Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
