We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our brigade.
About You:
* Have experience in a similar role being applied for
* Experience working in a similar style venue
* Comfortable and experienced in the grill and pan sections
* A passion for producing excellent food
* Have a good understating of food safety principles
* Have a desire to progress within your trade
* Be a good communicator
* A Team Player
* Hands on approach with a natural ability to foster beneficial relationships
* CDP applicants – minimum 2 year's experience
* Commis Chef applicants – minimum 1 year experience
