We seek a skilled digital marketing expert to drive e-commerce growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States through expertise in Google advertising, enhancing online presence, increasing traffic, and maximizing ROI from SEM campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns to grow sales and profits across markets.
* Optimizing ad performance through A/B testing, keyword analysis, and audience targeting.
* Allocating and managing budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and markets.
* Implementing and refining search & keyword strategies to drive relevant traffic and increase conversions.
* Utilizing Google Analytics and other tools to track, report, and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
* Collaborating with e-commerce, web development, and design teams to optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
* Exploring and implementing new Google Ads features and beta programs to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a PPC/SEM role preferably for global e-commerce brands.
* Minimum 2 years experience in managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
* Expert knowledge of Google products including Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
* Experience managing and optimizing large product data feeds using tools like Datafeedwatch or similar.
* High proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of the Australian market and culture would be highly advantageous.
