Assistant Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team.
* Job Summary: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and motivating the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Building and driving a customer-led culture by setting high standards for service and leading by example.
* Monitoring store sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
* Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment that adheres to state and national OHS legislation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Retail Sales Supervisor with a proven track record of success in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and loss prevention management.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
