Job Description
The care work you do may include:
* Helping around the home - assisting with light housekeeping / cleaning and meal preparation
* Supporting with personal care – helping with showering and getting dressed
* Providing transport to appointments, and accompanying clients on shopping trips
* Social outings like Cinema, Bingo, Lunches, Coffee to name a few.
Our Home Care Services provides quality care to people in their own home. As a Support Worker you will develop a relationship with a group of clients and their families and provide a wide range of services.

Desired Skills and Experience
The qualities we seek are:
* Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
* Access to ongoing training including recertification of CPR
* Have a working Smartphone.
* Excellent communication skills, empathy for and an understanding of the needs of the elderly
* Have a genuine desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families
* Able to provide a reliable car with full comprehensive car insurance
* Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Have Rights to Work in Australia
* Police check, NDIS workers check and Covid vaccinations (including booster) mandatory.
* Have a current First Aid Certificate
