Lead Senior Water Design Engineer
We are seeking an experienced senior civil or mechanical engineer to lead transformative water infrastructure projects and deliver high-quality design outputs.
* Manage multi-discipline design teams, ensuring timely delivery of designs to budget and quality standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to guide project delivery and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
* Implement effective engineering governance processes, including design reviews, change management, and validation and verification.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, focusing on water utilities and treatment. They will possess excellent technical writing skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers and driving successful project outcomes.
