Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct nursing care, individual case management, and support consumers in developing independence, skills, and social inclusion. This role offers the opportunity to consolidate and expand your professional practice while contributing to a new and innovative service. You will also engage in education, counselling, and group work to support consumer recovery, working collaboratively with professional disciplines and community organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes.About YouYou are a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for mental health rehabilitation and consumer-centred care.
