Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Superintendent to join our dynamic and successful Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this multifaceted role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Leading the site procurement team overseeing the purchasing and warehouse management functions.
* Implementing and maintaining supply policies and procedures that align with corporate requirements and are practical in their application.
* Providing technical guidance to maintenance activities to ensure high standards.
* Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
Your ability to effectively manage a team, identify improvements, and engage with various stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
About You
We are seeking a professional with:
* A commitment to maintaining a high level of safety performance and positive workplace culture.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
* A minimum of five years' experience in procurement and warehouse management within the mining industry.
* A developed understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired but not essential).
