We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre, administrative or retail setting.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming domestic and commercial customer calls, correspondence and enquiries, including account queries, complaints, order processing and payments.
You will also advise customers on gas usage, suitable delivery methods and site compliance requirements.
The position involves managing all aspects of agents operating in the area, including reconciling accounts and setting up new stock level records.
Other key responsibilities include processing deliveries received from allocated drivers and reconciling daily work updates on customer accounts.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent communication skills, strong email etiquette and intermediate Microsoft office skills.
A certificate in Business is desired but not essential.
