About the Role:
We're seeking a qualified Senior Educator to lead a team of dedicated Educators at our Goodstart Gladstone Toolooa Street centre.
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
