Operations Manager – Manufacturing Operations
We are looking for a commercially driven and people-focused Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive performance across our WA branch. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments, understands P&L impact, and knows how to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations
* Build a strong, collaborative workplace culture
* Deliver production, quality and on-time performance targets
* Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
* Partner with the GM WA and Senior Management to deliver WA branch P&L performance
* Ensure strong WHS compliance and a proactive safety culture
* Act as the key operational link between WA and NSW
About You
* 5-7+ years in a senior manufacturing leadership role
* Held senior management roles with consistent and solid tenure
* Strong operational and commercial acumen
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
* Experience driving productivity and continuous improvement
* Confident decision-maker with strong stakeholder management skills
* ERP/MRP experience
