Regional Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
Location: Mildura
Tenure: Full Time or Part Time
Salary: $88,378 - $105,047 (pro-rata for Part Time)

Position Description: Regional Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (RFDRP)
To provide high quality and inclusive Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services. This role involves assisting families with child-focused parenting and/or property agreements during separation, as well as completing assessments, providing information, referrals, and services to support families through separation.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in community welfare practice, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Social Science, with experience in family dispute resolution.
* Accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department.
* Broad understanding of relevant legislation, e.g., Family Law, Family Violence, Child Support, and Child Protection.
* Current driver’s license.
* Willingness to travel and be accommodated overnight when required.
