About the Role
As a Junior Help Desk Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technical staff providing first-level support and learning how real-world production software operates.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing basic technical support to customers via phone, email and remote access
* Assisting with software setup, installation and configuration
* Troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues
* Following support processes and escalation procedures
* Documenting issues, fixes and technical procedures
* Continuously learning our products and systems

You'll be a great fit if you:
* Have a strong interest in IT, software or technical support
* Are confident using computers and everyday tools (Google Workspace, TeamViewer)
* Can think logically through problems and follow troubleshooting steps
* Are proactive, reliable and keen to learn
* Communicate clearly and work well in a team
* Can manage tasks and priorities effectively
Desirable (but not required)
* Previous IT support or customer service experience
* IT studies or certifications
* Exposure to CAD or manufacturing software
