Position: Lead/Principal Civil Design Engineer

Responsibilities
* Spearhead civil design and engineering efforts for mining and heavy industrial ventures
* Undertake in business development activities and use your existing network to grow the business line.
* Participate, review and endorse detailed civil design drawings and documentation utilizing Civil 3D, Open Roads, Navisworks or equivalent approved.
* Coordinate with internal and external team members, including structural, mechanical, and electrical teams
* Responsible for adherence to engineering standards and local regulations
* Provide guidance to junior engineers and aid in their professional growth
Qualifications
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering within the mining/heavy industrial sectors
* Chartered/Professional Engineer status
* Proficiency in Civil 3D, Open Roads, and Navisworks
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
* Background in cross-discipline project coordination
* Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
