The Dispute Resolution Practice
This public law litigation practice provides high-quality advice and representation across various legal matters for Commonwealth agencies. In these roles, you will work on competition and consumer cases, financial services, and corporate regulatory cases, or other regulatory litigation and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent Commonwealth agencies and provide high-standard client service
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
* Be part of the AGS Dispute Resolution team working collaboratively in an inclusive environment
What You Need
You will need at least 5 years' experience in the relevant field, including experience in regulatory work or litigation. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to persuade.
