Business Support Role
The role is to provide business support and administrative assistance to senior leaders within the International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) Risk team.
You will be responsible for diary management, travel and expense arrangements, and coordination of events and meetings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic team environment and gain valuable experience in risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Admin support and diary management for senior leaders
* Coordination and planning of team building and company events
* Assist with day-to-day operations and various administrative activities
* Partner with Executive Assistants on joint projects and deliverables
* Provide leave cover for other admin staff
* Manage email inbox and escalate urgent tasks
* Expense Management and reconciliation
