Enterprise Inside Sales Representative
Location: Hybrid, Australia
Position Summary
Our Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives are a key part of our Account Management team. Working in close collaboration with Account Managers, we will drive growth and consumption in managed accounts, identify white space for new product consumption, drive account penetration and stakeholder engagement, and strive to increase ARR in every account they handle.
Each representative will work with 3–5 Account Managers, aligning on messaging, strategy and efforts, and will collaborate across teams to ensure each account is properly serviced and its supporters are happy with the support they receive.
Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with Account Managers to align on messaging, the status of current efforts and new needs.
Research accounts and identify opportunities to increase usage, upsell and cross-sell.
Perform account mapping and engage new stakeholders.
Review and support the effective follow-up and management of opportunities.
Execute sales-related administrative functions as directed by your manager.
Develop a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support your assigned Account Managers.
Commit to helping ensure the assigned sales team meets their defined sales goals.
Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various Bentley and industry events.
Qualifications
Up to 2 years previous sales or cold-calling experience.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information to users and prospects via phone and email.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Technically adept, self-motivated and results-driven.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer; communication with managers, peers and colleagues, both in person on occasion and via Microsoft Teams chat, calls and meetings.
No traveling is required for this role.
